Stuart Cullen is the owner of NQ Fabrication and Footings and has more than 30 years’ experience in the Australian construction industry. He brings hands-on experience, practical insight and a deep understanding of the environments we work in. A qualified boilermaker, Stuart worked at a successful boilermaker business and precast yard in Darwin, and it was here he was introduced to the Surefoot system.
Impressed by its strength, simplicity and suitability for remote and sensitive sites, Stuart now champions Surefoot as the footing of choice for projects off the beaten track, where traditional systems fall short. Alongside Surefoot, Stuart provides welding and on-site fabrication services, bringing his own equipment and expertise to every job, no matter how remote or rugged. His is open in communication and provides his advice and service with honesty, integrity and experience.

Stuart is a fully qualified boilermaker with over three decades of experience in structural fabrication, welding and on-site project work across Australia.
From city builds to remote infrastructure, Stuart’s experience spans residential, industrial and civil works. He delivers footing solutions in all conditions.
NQ Fabrication and Footing is fully licensed and insured. Soil reports and engineering documentation ensure all Surefoot systems are installed to code.
